Step onto the mat... or rather, the mat and the board. In this bendy, breathy, joy-filled mashup, you’ll be guided through yoga poses while entangled in a giant game of Twister. One moment you’re in Downward Dog, the next you’re reaching right hand blue and attempting not to collapse into a pile of laughter with your new favorite strangers.
Expect equal parts mindfulness and mayhem. This is for the curious, the coordinated (or not), and anyone who believes stretching can be social. Come solo or bring a flexy friend.
Comfy clothes recommended. Ego not required.
