Maximum Karaoke Night
$ 10.00

A double serving of Karaoke awaits those who enter.

The night begins at 5pm, as we join member Steve Rooney in his autobiographical composition titled Postcards from The Tigres: A Short History of Karaoke in Baghdad’s Green Zone. It is a vivid, darkly comedic, deeply human performance recounting his lived experiences as a U.S. contractor in the surreal ecosystem of the Green Zone during the Iraq War. Steve lightheartedly maneuvers us through his deep experiences in a storytelling format laced with karaoke songs that set the backdrop for this formative time of his life.

Roll right into a happy hour and phase two of our Karaoke night that is an open celebration of voice and passion hosted by IC Ambassador Richi Ramos. Renowned for hosting Whiskey Dynamite, Richi is a firecracker ready to pop and dazzle, ensuring a good time is had by all. Take the stage, belt a track no one’s heard since 2010 (or the 70’s), and show everyone the depth of your vocal-abulary.

Schedule

5-6:30PM Postcards from The Tigres
6:30-8PM Happy Hour (all night for Invisible City Members)
8-11PM Double Trouble Karaoke hosted by Richi Ramos
