Sound Journey + Healing Circle
Pumzika is the Swahili word for "rest". You will be taken on a mystical journey with medicine sounds of handpan, Native American flutes, singing bowl, guitar and nature sounds recorded in Africa. We will practice group meditation and conclude with a deeply inspiring sharing circle.
