Micro Wellness Retreat

Vitalize is a three-part micro wellness retreat. Think of it as a car wash for your body and mind. Over the session, you’ll be guided from one area to the next, giving your body a refresh from head to toe, inside and out.

Please pick the session time that works best for you. Each session will be a separate group of guests going through the micro retreat.

• 12PM-3PM Session
• 4PM-7PM Session

First, you’ll either join the sauna/cold plunge group or the indie soul yoga class group. We are building an inflatable cold plunge disco igloo that is sure not to disappoint.

Then, the groups will swap.

In the last hour, we will all come together for a group breathwork experience.

Each Vitalize session will center around a topic of existential phenomena. Sprinkled throughout will be prompts about this month’s topic: our relationship with technology and how to strike the appropriate balance. To conclude, we will have a discussion about the shared topic and then go on our merry way, feeling fully revitalized and ready for the week ahead.

The event will serve as a micro digital detox. Phones will be required to be turned off so they do not disturb, and we encourage everyone to refrain from using their phones for the rest of the day, if possible.

There is also an optional 2-part juice cleanse offered alongside the event for $25. This must be purchased in advance.

Please note, this is an alcohol-free event.

Due to limitations with the mobile cold plunge and sauna, each session is limited to 40 guests.
