In a world that moves fast, this practice is a reclamation of stillness. The Sacred Pause invites you to step out of urgency and into the body’s natural rhythm of rest and repair.

Through the slow medicine of Yin Yoga, gentle breath-work, sound healing, and guided meditation, we’ll explore the art of downregulation — learning to soften the grip of stress and return to a grounded, coherent state of being. Expect long-held postures, attuned breath patterns, and somatic awareness practices designed to quiet the mind and recalibrate the nervous system.

This session is open to all levels and especially supportive for those seeking restoration, nervous system balance, and inner spaciousness amidst the noise of daily life.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more wholly yourself — resourced, receptive, and restored.

The sound healing portion will be led by Dru Erin: Dru Erin Houchen is an intuitive guide, creative mentor, and photographer who weaves sound, breath, and embodied presence to support deeper clarity and ease in the body. Her work blends grounded energetics with gentle soul wisdom, creating spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and return to themselves.
