Meg studied and combined Rebirthing technique, Soma & Holotropic Breathwork to create a new modality that stimulates DMT release in the body leading to a deep cathartic healing experience. Our journey will crescendo into ecstatic dance integrating the medicine of this journey. Music will be curated by The Duchess, anchoring us into deep presence & the ability to travel beyond the veil.
