Ratio Beerworks has created two variants of our stout this year which we are excited to debut. Our “OG” Genius Wizard in its traditional form, aged for a year in hand-selected A.D. Laws bourbon barrels, is always the star of the show. Our 2024 variant, “Caramel, Coconut, Chocolate,” is our unique take on a Samoa cookie. In addition, Ratio has created two limited edition flavors, Tiramisu and Pistachio, which will only be available for the launch party at The Merc! You do not want to miss out!

We are so excited to welcome Laws Whiskey House to the party, which is where our stout is born. Members from Laws will be on-site, sampling out variations of their bourbon and rye varietals, which Genius Wizard has utilized in the barreling process of aging, creating a unique, whiskey-forward profile to our annual stout.

Local artist and nightlife photographer, Shadows Gather, will be on-site with her trusty club kid sidekick, “Musky Rat the Wizard”, who will be mingling and interacting in the crowd, and making sure the dance floor doesn’t get lonely. Shadows will be present with her camera in hand! So make sure to look your best and say hi for a chance to get your very own Shadow photo. Limited edition zines and posters will be available for purchase. DJs Noveli and Ginger Perry will keep the gothy, darkwave, dance vibes alive all night, so you better come prepared to party.

Finally, we are excited to partner with Uptown & Humboldt on small bites for the event, the newest kitchen addition to the Mercury Cafe portfolio!

This party is 21+ and is only available with a valid ticket. The party will be held in the Mercury Cafe upstairs ballroom and tickets will be available at the door. The Mercury Cafe will have a full bar open in addition to the event and take both cash and credit.

**Mixed 4pks will not be available for pick up at the event. You will receive a ticket for the 4pk upon arrival that can be picked up at our Ratio Beerworks RINO ONLY location anytime starting Sunday, February 3rd.
