Full Moon Meditation with Mango and Zay

Ignite your inner aura with the spirit of the first full moon of 2024 as you enjoy a live soundscape
that carries you through somatic breath and gentle movement to prepare the mind and body for
a guided yoga nidrā meditation.
Nidra in sanskrit means sleep and a 30 minute practice is
equivalent to 4hrs of sleep. Additionally, benefits of practicing yoga nidrā include reduced
inflammation, a circadian rhythm reset for the nervous system and hormone homeostasis -think
cortisol, adrenaline, serotonin adjusting to optimal levels. The practice is done lying down –
please bring mat*, at least 1 blanket – 2 is better*, a pillow for under your head*, and either
another blanket, pillow or bolster for under the knees, water & journal. We can’t wait to journey
