Each phase invites you to notice where your energy has felt depleted this year…and where your inner flame has quietly, stubbornly kept going. You’ll be held in a field of deep blues and silver-white glows, supported by contemplative soundscapes and subtle rhythmic pulses. This is a reverent, inclusive space to honor resilience, remembrance, and the everyday miracles of simply continuing.
