Join us at The Invisible City Clubhouse on Tuesday, April 9th, at 6:30pm-9pm for Yoga and Sound Bath followed by a jazzy after party featuring drinks, elixirs and vintage vendors’ market.

In this session, we will use the tools of movement, connection, and sound healing to help our systems tap into their ability to restore, heal, and find ease. We will use a slow, all-levels yoga flow to help our systems get out of our chattering brains and into our intuitive visceral state. Once we have dropped further into the intuitive body state, we will be ready for a sound bath using singing bowls. Singing bowls inherently activate the parasympathetic nervous system and counteract the body’s stress response. So we get this chance to let the bowls do the work and not have to try so hard to do it ourselves.

Come for the yoga and sound bath and then stay for a gathering in the oh-so-vibey Invisible City clubhouse. Mingle with old and new friends, sip on drinks and elixirs, and peruse the vintage vendor booths surrounded by all the plants, disco balls, and chandeliers that make up the Invisible City ambiance.

Doors: 6pm-6:30pm

Yoga: 6:30pm-7:15pm

Sound Bath: 7:15pm-7:45pm

Mingling, Drinks and Vendors: 7:45pm-9pm
