Join Denver’s femme DJ & producer community, Coven Collective, for a workshop geared towards creative entrepreneurship. This week they will be having their resident Flaming Olive teach part of the workshop focusing on nutrient density, absorption, and other modern nutrition research.

They will also have their resident Jaspr teaching the basics of shuffling, arm movements, & beginner choreography. Juli is a self-taught shuffler who started grooving in 2018. Spending hours watching YouTube and Instagram videos and practicing everyday, she began to feel and understand the meditative flow that shuffling would radiate through her. She then began teaching friends and giving tips to anyone who had interest. Interested in learning some moves that you can take wherever the music is? You’ll learn the basic shuffling steps and a fun little choreo the whole class will do together!
