The Joyset is an immersive, joy-fueled movement experience where music, community, and intention come together. Think silent-disco meets ritual meets a damn good time. It’s where we dance, laugh, shake things loose, and remember who the f*ck we are. No perfection. No pressure. Just presence and communal magic.
We’ll start with a heart opening circle and cacao ritual to land together and gently open the heart. Then we’ll put on the headsets, turn up the music, and let the love move through us.
What to Expect
A guided cacao ritual to open and connect. A heart-centered opening and closing circle for intention + presence. A Joyset-style movement experience with silent disco headsets featuring a curated playlist and playful prompts. A space to move tenderly, boldly, gently, wildly. All of it is welcome. A community of humans ready to feel, move and love alongside you.
