Choose your own adventure and continue soaking in the warmth with a sauna session following the practice or retire for the evening. Daniel is a 200-hour yoga teacher of the prana vinyasa style (Shiva Rae, Devon Sweeney lineage), dedicated practitioner of over three years, and longtime Archipelago community member. Daniel is known for his grounded, calm presence and steady, intentional guidance. His classes blend breath-led movement with mindful embodiment, creating a soothing and connected experience for students of all levels.
In addition to yoga, Daniel can be found DJing, leading hiking adventures, laser tag battles, community cleanups, and photography sessions around Archipelago and the wider Denver community!
