In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll discover why most of what we’ve been taught about spirituality is a myth, and how spiritual wellness can instead feel simple, grounded, and deeply personal.

Through teaching, discussion, and a guided yoga practice, learn the common obstacles that keep us stuck and 3 practical shifts you can apply right away to experience more peace, presence, and connection in your everyday life.

Format:
30 min Yoga
60 min Teaching: What No One Tells You About Spiritual Wellness
15-20 min Q&A Discussion
15-20 min Restorative/Yin Yoga + Meditation + Closing

Katie Krier

Katie Krier is a spiritual wellness coach helping women explore spirituality in a way that feels authentic and rooted in their real lives.
Her work combines grounded conversation with emotional honesty and a fresh, practical understanding of spirituality, offering clients a supportive space to ask questions, find their voice, and bring more meaning into their everyday lives.
Her coaching is especially effective for women who are exploring life beyond the beliefs or systems they were raised in and who want support building something new.
She holds a BA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has been teaching workshops, mediation, and yoga (over 4000 classes) privately and in groups since 2006.
Based in downtown Denver, Colorado, Katie is also a proud single mom to her teenage daughter, Emma.
