Practitioners

Claudia Nanino- Yoga and Breathwork
Claudia is a master breathwork facilitator, crystal curator, and an explorer of non-ordinary states of consciousness. A Colorado native born to immigrant parents, she found herself in a dark night of the soul in 2016 and sought out nontraditional self development and healing modalities, after more western approaches felt out of alignment and left her feeling stuck in logic. She began to rebuild her life and catapulted her spiritual evolution with various teachers, healers, and practices. Then she found Conscious Breathwork and her healing was brought to the next level. She felt true embodiment and integration of everything she had been working so hard on and was able to finally forgive and love all aspects of herself. Answering her soul’s calling, she earned a breathwork certification by completing over 250 hours of hands-on training, and has left her corporate career behind to fully devote herself to helping others heal themselves. She has now led over a thousand breath journeys globally and trains others. Please visit www.amarsi.love for more info.

Cassidy Moves- Gaga Dance
Cassidy is a certified Gaga teacher based in Denver, Colorado, passionate about helping people heal, find freedom, and discover the profound joy of embodied movement through this accessible and life-changing practice.
Gaga is a research-based approach that helps you discover your body through movement/dance. Originally developed to help relieve pain from injury and expand range, Gaga is now practiced worldwide by people of all backgrounds looking to move with more ease and availability. Expect to sweat, laugh, and move in ways that might surprise you. There are no mirrors, no choreography to learn, and no right or wrong way to move. The focus is on what you feel in your body as you move—building strength, softness, flexibility, and coordination while discovering new possibilities. You’ll leave class feeling physically worked out and mentally refreshed.
No dance experience required. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

James Eshelman – Tea Ceremony
James Eshleman is an embodiment expert and practitioner of the mystic arts, devoted to presence, depth, and the art of slow living. Through his work, he creates sacred spaces for people to slow down, connect to their hearts, and rest into the wisdom of the body. James has guided thousands through transformative experiences—from psychedelic journeys and men’s retreats to rites of passage and corporate immersions. He brings this same attunement and care to the tea ceremony, where subtlety, silence, and somatic presence open the door to deep inner connection. As a trusted expert in psychedelic facilitation, James also contributed to the State of Colorado’s Natural Medicine Advisory Board, helping shape the state’s standards for training and licensure. He believes that ceremony—whether expansive or intimate—holds the power to reawaken our innate clarity and wholeness.
