Joy Academy is a playful, heart-expanding experiment in spreading joy. Participants will gather in groups of four, taking turns as the “Teacher” to share what brings them joy – and how others could help them feel more of it (always rooted in consent and curiosity). Every participant who wishes to teach will have the opportunity, rotating through roles and discovering new ways of being in joyful service to one another. Come practice giving and receiving joy in its many forms, and help prototype a new culture of delight, connection, and mutual uplift.

Upon arrival
You can park in the retail parking lot connected to the building toward the north of the front door on 40th St. Parking is free, yet you’ll still need to take a ticket to enter. Gene will be waiting at the lobby level to let you up the elevator. You’ll go up to the 6th floor, and the clubhouse is behind the fitness center. Make your way around and the door will be opened for you. See you soon!
