Zen Pretzel: Where Yoga and Twister intertwine… Maybe for the first time.
This isn’t your average yoga class. And it’s definitely not your childhood Twister game either.
Step onto the mat… or rather, the canvas. In this bendy, breathy, joy-filled mashup, you’ll be guided through yoga poses while entangled in a giant game of Twister. One moment you’re in Downward Dog, the next you’re reaching right hand blue and attempting not to collapse into a pile of laughter with your new favorite strangers.
Begin the night with a happy hour to help loosen up your bones and spirit, then stretch your way onto the board for the main event.
Expect equal parts mindfulness and mayhem. This is for the curious, the coordinated (or not), and anyone who believes stretching can be social. Come solo or bring a flexible friend.
Comfy clothes recommended. Ego discouraged. Yoga mats essential.

Daniela La Rosa is a devoted guide on the path of yoga, offering practices that awaken the body, calm the mind, nourish the soul, and encourage authentic expansion. Since January 2023, she has been creating sacred spaces where students can move beyond the physical and connect with their deeper selves. Specializing in vinyasa and restorative yoga, as well as pranayama, yin, and meditation, Daniela’s classes are a harmonious blend of dynamic energy and quiet introspection.

Whether it is a pop up dinner, intimate happy hour, ridiculous workshop, or a raging bacchanal, every experience is unique. Within our collective, there are no spectators, only participants.
