Movement Playground

Hosted by Invisible City member Rosemarie Mientka, Movement Playground invites movers of all levels to explore a range of solo and partner techniques, games, and improvisational structures in an open and supportive environment.
Movement Playground is a dynamic and cooperative movement research class designed to ignite your creativity, challenge your mind, and build connection through movement. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or someone curious about discovering new ways to inhabit your body, this class offers an opportunity to let go, play, and create in a judgment-free space. Come prepared to sweat, laugh, and surprise yourself as we celebrate the joy of moving our bodies. We will also groove to a curated playlist of rhythmic beats designed to inspire and energize our movements throughout the class. Class is limited to 30 attendees, so reserve your spot now.
Attire: Please wear clothes without exposed zippers, metal, etc in an attempt to preserve the floors.
