On behalf of CATS (Creative Art Team Support), we would like to formally invite you to The
2nd Annual Apogaea Gayla!

This opulent evening will serve as a FUNDRAISER for Apogaea, a Colorado-based 501(c)3
nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of the arts, with all proceeds going directly towards
funding community beautification projects in Las Animas County, collaborative Art
Education and support for local schools and youth programs, and, of course, artist support
and grants! Funds will be collected by way of ticket sales, direct donations, and a fabulous
art auction, featuring donations from local Apogaea artists and small business owners.
We would love for you to attend our event and to bring your nearest and dearest!
Apogaea Artists will also be showcasing various pieces throughout the venue and giving
informative presentations, demonstrating how Apogaea art grants have allowed them to
build and thrive.

We guarantee you an evening of high brow Burner-style stimulation, pleasure and
amusement.

With the purchase of your ticket, you get access to a full bar (2 drink tickets included),
appetizers and snacks, and an array of performers, installations and – of course! – arty
surprises for maximum entertainment!

Later that night: The Fantastic Hosts FHXXXMAS26 After-Party 10pm-2am! Gayla ticket
purchase includes a ticket to the after-party, or those tickets can be purchased separately.
Creative formal attire encouraged.

Apogaea

Apogaea is a 501(c)3 whose mission is dedicated to the advancement of the arts in
Colorado. CATS (Creative Art Team Support) is a sub-department of Apogaea whose role is
to support artists in bringing their work to our annual Apogaea event, by providing financial
funding and other non-monetary support to artists. Our main role is to recruit artists for
Apogaea, vote for grant recipients, and distribute art grants. We also support local arts
education programs and other community arts organizations.

CATS’ mission is to bring art to Apogaea and to support local, national and international
artists at our event and in our community, year round. We value the experience of all
Apogaeans, including those participating in bringing art (of any scale) and those whose lives
are made better by observing and interacting with Apogaea Art. Art is the heart of Apogaea.
