Practitioners

James Eshelman – Tea Ceremony
James Eshleman is an embodiment expert and practitioner of the mystic arts, devoted to presence, depth, and the art of slow living. Through his work, he creates sacred spaces for people to slow down, connect to their hearts, and rest into the wisdom of the body. James has guided thousands through transformative experiences—from psychedelic journeys and men’s retreats to rites of passage and corporate immersions. He brings this same attunement and care to the tea ceremony, where subtlety, silence, and somatic presence open the door to deep inner connection. As a trusted expert in psychedelic facilitation, James also contributed to the State of Colorado’s Natural Medicine Advisory Board, helping shape the state’s standards for training and licensure. He believes that ceremony—whether expansive or intimate—holds the power to reawaken our innate clarity and wholeness.

Keri Bergeron – Yoga and Breathwork
Keri holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2004 and is an ERYT-500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. She has logged countless hours of study with master yoga teachers such as Christina Sell, Darren Rhodes, Ana Forrest, Jason Crandell, Janet Stone, and Andrei Ram, and has over 17 years of teaching experience, Keri’s depth of knowledge and experience strives to serve others on their journey to health. She is a teacher of teachers offering small group mentorships, trainings, and workshops.
Keri brings awareness to patterns both mentally and physically to enable healing and transformation within her clients and students. Understanding the physical and mechanical aspects of the body combined with the introspective and self-regulation techniques of yoga, Keri is able to provide comprehensive care for those she serves. Her practice provides the pathway to self-discovery along with the tools to autonomously care for yourself.

Anton Antokhin – Neurographic Art
I have a curious mind, a deep connection to the Present Moment, and an inexhaustible supply of divine energy. After many years of practice and study, I became proficient in working with Subtle Energetic Bodies and often wander in the shadows of the valley separating the realms of The Spirit and the flesh. Everything I do is laser-focused on one goal: reconnecting people with Prana (some may call it Spirit or Lifeforce Energy). This energy animates this body, brings us insights, heals wounds, and provides much-needed rest. Today, we are sorely in need of again being One with this energy, as we’ve mostly lost our way and forgotten about our identity.
Neurographica is a meditative practice that can help you find Self, your balance and your peace through drawing. Virtually anything is possible once connected with the Energetic You – it’s a place of Mystery and true magic. I spent several years learning and teaching Neurographica, including some time in Russia with its inventor. I received my Neurographic Art certification in 2020 and look forward to sharing this groundbreaking method.

Julie Silberman & James Evins – Sound Therapy
Julie is certified as a Sound Therapy Practitioner, Massage Therapist, RYT-200 and Sophianic Wave Practitioner. She has been weaving sounds with singing bowls and other instruments for over 8 years. She enjoys offering soothing sounds and vibrations to support the harmonization in each cell. She crafts her sessions with intuition, care, and presence. Her sound healing sessions facilitate a deep ceremony and space for the truth of what is here right now. With love and safety, true healing can occur.
James, a believer in the sacred characteristics of music, has spent many years learning and experimenting with a variety of instruments in order to fulfill his innate creative drives, and share these experiences with others. Not only this but he is a writer and story teller as well. He loves to travel and explore authentic heart centered conversations with people from all walks of life. Living at the intersection of sacredness and play, he is able to hold create an atmosphere that is both stoic and whimsical, allowing others in his presence the freedom to feel vulnerable, courageous, and at peak silliness. He looks forward to one day soon having a pet dog.
